Asus’ New ROG Cetra True Earbuds

Asus’ New ROG Cetra True Earbuds

Asus, a high performing tech company that produces phones, computers, and electronics, just released the ROG Cetra True Wireless earbuds. Asus is popular for its wireless and wired gaming headphones that are uniquely designed for different systems. Asus is favored for their ROG Delta product line; ROG or Republic of Games. They are also recognized  for being the world’s leader in motherboard production.

The release of the ROG earbuds was highly anticipated because this is the first pair of wireless earphones for Asus. One distinctive feature includes low-latency audio, which is enabled when switching to gaming mode, perfect for competitive gaming. Another cool feature is the active noise cancellation, which is a welcomed aspect for reading, studying, and listening to music. The earbuds are compatible with Armoury Crate, an app that allows you to customize audio settings.

How does Asus’ ROG Cetra True earbuds compare to Apple’s AirPods and Beats Studio Buds?

The ROG earbuds can be compared to Apple’s AirPods and Beats Studio Buds. In comparison, the battery life is comparable between Apple and Asus. Apple’s AirPods hold a charge up to five hours each use and the AirPods case – which is also the charger, holds about 20-30 hours of charge. Asus’ earbuds hold a charge of up to five hours and the earbud case holds 21 hours of charge. Beats Studio Buds hold the longest charge at eight hours and the beats case, 24 hours of charge with two additional full charges.

Like Apple and Beats, Asus’ earbuds are touch-sensitive and have a built-in mic. Asus’ earbuds are also sweat and water-resistant, helping protect them from major water damage; perfect for working out.

What earbud grips can do for your wireless listening experience.

Listening to a podcast while walking to work or taking a morning jog around the neighborhood may result in one of your AirPods falling out of your ear. With multiple uses for earbuds, come multiple reasons why earbuds keep falling out of your ears. Aftermarket earbud grips can help keep them secure in your ear when you are on the go.

Earbud  grips will improve the comfort of your earbuds, will stop earbuds falling out of your ears, and in the case of ultra-thin earbud grips, will still allow your wireless earbuds to fit perfectly in their charging case.
